Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AIRLEE Activewear™. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from us.
Interpretation & Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to AIRLEE Activewear™, 1606 - 1108 6 Ave SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T2P 5K1.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to AIRLEE Activewear™, accessible from www.airleeactivewear.com.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
You are entitled to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Conditions for Returns
To ensure the highest quality standards for all AIRLEE customers, returned items must meet the following conditions:
• The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days
• The Goods are unworn, unwashed, and unused
• The Goods are free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any marks
• The Goods are in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging
• The Goods must include the receipt or proof of purchase
Due to hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that show any signs of wear, including marks, odours, or alterations.
If Your item is not faulty or damaged, You may opt for an exchange or store credit. Refunds will only be provided if the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. AIRLEE Activewear™ will cover the postage cost of sending new item(s) to You in the case of an approved exchange.
To start an exchange, please email Us or head over to our return page and follow all the instructions to ensure Your return is successful. Items sent back to Us without following the instructions will not be accepted.
We do Our best to ensure Your requested exchange item is in stock when We receive Your return, however, this is not guaranteed.
If We do not have stock of Your requested item when We process Your return, You will be provided with a store credit to the value of Your returned item (subject to any applicable discounts used).

How to Start a Return
We’ve made the return and exchange process easy and convenient for You.
Customers can now submit and manage their own return requests directly through our Returns Portal:

Simply log in using the same email address used for Your order, follow the on-screen instructions to select the item(s) You wish to return or exchange, and track the progress of Your request.
Please ensure You meet all Conditions for Returns before submitting Your request to avoid delays.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect Your order upon receipt and contact AIRLEE Activewear™ immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or You receive the wrong item so that We can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any items deemed faulty within a 30-day period can be returned for a refund or exchange. Any issues outside of this period are considered normal wear and tear and cannot be returned.
Please consider the following to reduce wear and tear:
• Follow the washing instructions to ensure your clothing is long-lasting
• Treat your garments with care
• Make sure you have the correct sizing to reduce the risk of damage
Refunds
Refunds are only given if an item is deemed to be faulty or damaged.
We do not provide refunds on items that do not fit or for change of mind.
Alternatively, a store credit or exchange can be issued upon return of the Goods in their original condition.
Goods deemed to be faulty will need to be returned to AIRLEE Activewear™ before We can issue a refund.
AIRLEE Activewear™ will not be held accountable for any missing or damaged returns in transit to Our facility.
For refunds, We will notify You once We’ve received and inspected Your return and inform You whether the refund was approved. If approved, You’ll be automatically refunded to Your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for Your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returning Your Items
AIRLEE Activewear™ will not cover the postage costs for returning the Goods.
However, AIRLEE Activewear™ will cover the postage cost of sending the new Goods to You in the case of an approved exchange.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using a tracked and insured mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
