We are committed to ensuring your order is delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, sales events, or new collection launches. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Within Canada:
• Standard Shipping: $8.00 CAD — delivered within 3 to 9 business days for orders up to $100
• Free Standard Shipping: for all orders over $100 CAD
• Express Shipping: $16.00 CAD — delivered within 1 to 2 business days for orders up to $200
• Free Express Shipping: for all orders over $200 CAD
United States:
• Standard Shipping: $10.00 USD — delivered within 4 to 8 business days for orders up to $150
• Free Standard Shipping: for all orders over $150 USD
• Express Shipping: $18.00 USD — delivered within 2 to 3 business days for orders up to $250
• Free Express Shipping: for all orders over $250 USD
United Kingdom:
• Standard International Shipping: £12.00 GBP — delivered within 6 to 10 business days for orders up to £150
• Free Standard Shipping: for all orders over £150 GBP
• Express International Shipping: £18.00 GBP — delivered within 4 to 7 business days for orders up to £250
• Free Express Shipping: for all orders over £250 GBP
Rest of the World:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel weight, and selected delivery service.
Delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your region and customs processing.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders that meet the minimum purchase thresholds by region:
• Canada: Orders over $100 CAD (Standard) / $200 CAD (Express)
• United States: Orders over $150 USD (Standard) / $250 USD (Express)
• United Kingdom: Orders over £150 GBP (Standard) / £250 GBP (Express)
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order meets the required total.
Free shipping does not apply to countries outside these regions or to express upgrades below the free-shipping threshold.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
AIRLEE Activewear™ is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you realise your address is incorrect after placing your order, please email info@airleeactivewear.com immediately. We will do our best to make changes before dispatch, however, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
Carrier Disclaimer
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, AIRLEE Activewear™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs processing, or operational disruptions.
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
AIRLEE Activewear™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact returns@airleeactivewear.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
AIRLEE Activewear™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Preorders
If you purchase a preorder item, please note that these items have an estimated dispatch date listed on the product page.
Your full order will be shipped once the preorder item is ready. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Status
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment status at any time using the link provided in your email.
